ITS provides the following channels to assist users in using the central IT services:
1. Service Desk
Professional staff are stationed at the Service Desk office (1/F, Library Building (Old Wing)) to provide advice and assistance in using the central IT services including the use of Student Information System (SIS).
You can get assistance via:

- self-help reporting system

2. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) web pages
These are web pages set up to enable users to find solutions to the most commonly encountered problems on the services provided by ITS. They can be found at http://www.its.hku.hk/faq.
Regular courses and workshops on using the common computer software are conducted by our professional staff and external course vendors. Schedules of the training are published in the ITS News http://www.its.hku.hk/its-news and available at our homepage at http://www.its.hku.hk/services/training.
4. ITS News
This is our electronic newsletter which is published bi-monthly at http://www.its.hku.hk/its-news to provide updates on our new development and services, training courses and other related areas of interest.
