How to setup to display a notification when a new email message arrives?

A. Webmail Interface (OWA)

  1. Go to Settings gear-wheel.
  2. Choose Options.

  3. Select settings > mail.

  4. Under message options, check Display a notification when a new email message arrives.

  5. Click Save to complete the setup.

B. Outlook

  1. Click File.

  2. Choose Options.

  3. Select Mail. Under Message arrival section, check Display a Desktop Alert. Click OK to complete the setup.
