- Access to HKU Portal and all applications using HKU Portal UID/PIN to authenticate
- Applications running on https://extranet.hku.hk including online reset of HKU Portal PIN
- Departmental web servers
- Personal websites hosting on web.hku.hk
- ITS Service Desk System and online application forms
- Meeting sites under https://meeting.workspace.hku.hk supporting Paperless Meeting Service
- Oracle Financials System
- Adobe Connect Web Conference services
- High Definition Multi Party Conferencing services
