Installation and Troubleshooting Services

Overview

ITS provides advice to users when they have problems in connecting their PCs to the campus network and other non-hardware problems such as PC virus infection. We also arrange on-site service for departments including hardware/software installation, trouble-shooting and PC configuration on a cost-recovery basis.  

Departments please complete and return CF-76 "Request for Technical Support Services" for on-site service requests.
