The following services will experience two 5-mintues service interruptions: (1) Access to HKU Portal, HKU Connect email for students and HKU App; (2) Oracle Financials Systems; (3) Applications running on https://extranet.hku.hk including online reset of HKU Portal PIN. |

Affected staff, students and graduates will not be able to check the spam quarantine email folder and receive new emails during the maintenance. |

Each of the affected servers will experience an interruption of 10 minutes. |
