A. Web Interface (OWA)

  1. After login to webmail interface, select Calendar on the top right corner.

  2. On the left-pane, right-click PEOPLE'S CALENDARS and then select Open calendar.

  3. Enter the user name of the owner of the shared calendar in the From directory box.

  4. After you type the name, click Open to add the calendar.

B. Outlook 2013

  1. Open Outlook 2013, select Calendar on the bottom left corner.

  2. Select Open Calendar from the menu and select Open Shared Calendar…

  3. In the Open a Shared Calendar dialog box, enter the user name of the owner of the shared calendar and then click OK.

  4. The shared calendar is added.
