I will be retiring from HKU soon. Can I continue to keep my email account?

Starting July 1 2004, all retirees are provided with email service on an annual renewal basis by default. (Defintion of retirees is available from the HKU Staff Manual and retirees will receive a notice from Registry about their retiree status).

Previous retirees can fill out CF145 "Application for Retiree HKUCC1 Email Account" and return the completed form to ithelp@hku.hk
