How to collect the AIP Sharing Application log for investigate the problem on IRM?

If you encounter problem with file proteceting using AIP Sharing Application, please follow the procedure below to collect log for investigation.

  1. Click the "Help and Feedback".

  2. Click "Export Logs".
    export logs
     
  3. Save the AIP.log file to your computer, and then send a copy to ithelp@hku.hk with case scenario for our investigation.
