What is the permission level of "Do Not Forward", "HKU-wide Access" and "HKU-wide Access - View Only" ?

  1. Do Not Foward

    The recipients can edit or reply the email but they cannot forward, print, or copy its content.  For IRM aware attachment inside the message will inherit rights as a Reviewer.

  2. HKU-wide Access

    The email can be viewed by HKU users only. The receipents can forward and edit the email.

  3. HKU-wide Access - View Only

    The email can be viewed by HKU users only. The receipents cannot forward or edit the email.
