Staff with HKU Portal account (login using UID@hku.hk for Outlook for creating/consuming protected message, Office applications and/or RMS Sharing App) with email accounts are running on HKUCC1 and their email accounts are in the format of PortalUID@hku.hk (email addresses in the format of <alias>@hku.hk are currently not supported)
