How can I temporarily extend my HKU email account after its expiry?

Staff and students who wish to apply for a temporary extension of their HKU email addresses for a period of less than 7 days can fill in CF150 with a justifiable reason provided.  For extension of 7 days or more, the application form has to be endorsed by Head of Department.

Extension request for more than 3 months and repeated requests will not be accepted under normal circumstance.
