I cannot receive any email!

  • Your email and other files probably exceeded your disk quota in your email server account. 
  • Your email may be filtered in the HKU spam quarantine.
  • The email server is slow in email delivery because it is too busy scanning for email virus or spam. If you are expecting an email which has taken more than 2 hours, please report to ITS Service Desk.
