The disk quota for different account is as follows:
- Central Email/Calendar Service for Staff (HKUCC1) - 15GB
- HKU Connect (for students) - Unlimited storage on Google
- HKU Graduate Email - 10MB
This disk space accounts for both email and storage of other files. A message will be sent to users to alert them when the usage almost exceeds the allocated quota:
