How to filter emails from a sender as junk email automatically in webmail interface (OWA)?

  1. On the webmail interface, select Settings Settings icon on the top right corner, and select Options.

  2. Select block or allow from the left pane, and ensure the Automatically filter junk email option is selected.

  3. Under the blocked senders section, enter the email address or domain that you want to block, and then press Enter or select theplus iconicon.

    To remove an entry from the blocked senders list, select the entry to highlight it, and then select theminus icon icon.
    To edit an entry in the blocked senders list, select the entry to highlight it, and then select theedit iconicon.

  4. Click Save to confirm the changes.
