The Information Technology Services provides the following channel to assist users in using the central IT Services.

Service Desk

Our professional staff are stationed at the Service Desk at 1/F, Library Building (Old Wing), or Service Counters at Chi Wah Learning Commons to provide advice and assistance in using our services.

PC Availability

To facilitate staff and students to look for communal PC’s available for use in the Chi Wah Learning Commons, The Oval and Faculty-Based PC Laboratories.

Account Utilities

To apply for staff account (applicable to new staff), change HKU Portal PIN/account password, check email disk quota, set email forwarding and vacation message. 

Print Utilities

Check quota and print history in uPrint .
