Please note that to prepare for the pay adjustment for eligible staff, there will be maintenance on the Human Capital Management System (HCMS) during the following period:
Saturday, 11 Oct 2014, 9:00am to Monday, 13 Oct 2014, 9:20am
During the above period, all functions of the HCMS under Manager Self Service (e.g. Staff Appointments, FCF) and for administrative roles (e.g. FCSC, Recruiting and Workforce Administration) in the HKU Portal will be suspended. These functions will be resumed once the maintenance work is completed.
