We are pleased to inform that a new communication channel, Live Chat, has been made available on July 14, 2014 for enhancing the support service of ITS Service Desk.
This is a real time web-based text messaging tool and users can make use of this new support channel to get assistance from our Service Desk in addition to making in-person enquiries at CPD-1.64, 1/F, Chi Wah Learning Commons, phone or email enquiries during our opening hours. This service will be particularly useful to those working overseas who would like to talk to our Service Officers directly (using text messaging instead of voice).
