Information Technology Services provides technical support services for departments in operating audio and visual equipment for events, supporting video collaboration facilities, PC installation and migration, and network point installation.
From 1 January 2017, charging rates for technical support services provided by IT Services will be revised as follows. Please note that for services provided on Saturdays, Sundays and University holidays, the charge is in blocks of four hours, whereas the charge is on an hourly basis for other timeslots.
