Workshop on Information Rights Management (IRM)

Notes for Registration:

1. Please register for ITS training courses online through HKU Portal (type “Workshop” in the “Search” field of HKU Portal and click the link “Workshops and Courses”).
    
2. Successful applicants will be notified by email or phone at least one week before the commencement of the course.
    
3. Some courses are co-organized with external course providers and a course fee is required for this kind of courses. For courses that require a fee, please send your payment to ITS after online registration is done.  If no payment is received within 2 working days, the registration will be considered invalid.
    
4. Payment can be made by cheque (payable to "The University of Hong Kong") or through departmental requisition (for applicants supported by departments) via ITS Order Form (CF36).
    
5. The maximum number of participants for a course depends on the seating capacity of the venues.  For KB-110, the seating capacity is 35.
    
6. Please send email to ithelp@hku.hk to suggest new courses that you would like ITS to organize.
