Do you know you can contact us easily via the “Self Reporting System”?
This System is part of our Service Desk operation. Through the System, staff members and students can make a service request or report a problem anytime and anywhere by means of just a few simple steps, as illustrated below:
Click “Self Reporting System” under http://www.its.hku.hk/contactus. You will be prompted to login with your HKU Portal account.
Select “Urgency” and “Service” and briefly describe your request/problem. Then click “Submit”.
After submission, the request/report will be automatically created in the System. Our Service Desk officers will respond to the received requests/reports during office hours.
Next time when you need assistance in using the central IT services, simply click Contact Us at ITS homepage (http://www.its.hku.hk/contactus). You will then see the following button which will lead you to the Self Reporting System:
