Chatbot for University Central Operator Service Extended to Support Text Input in Traditional Chinese

The University is supporting a central telephone operator service through the number 2859 2111 to answer enquiries of telephone directory of the University.  This service has been augmented by a chatbot since November 2018 (available at https://www.hku.hk/contact or https://officetel.hku.hk). 

The chatbot is now further enhanced to support web-based text-to-text mode in Traditional Chinese, on top of the English version launched in November 2018.  The Chinese version of the chatbot can be accessed at https://www.hku.hk/contact/c_index.html or https://officetel.hku.hk/c_index.html.
