A new chatbot for supporting ITS Service Desk has been launched on 12 June 2019 (Wednesday) to help staff and students whenever they have questions in using the central IT services. The chatbot is added on top of the multiple channels we are currently supporting which include self-reporting system, email, phone, walk-in and live chat. You can click here for more details.
The chatbot is accessible via https://ithelp.its.hku.hk/ which supports web-based text-to-text mode in English and the most commonly asked questions about the central IT services. More question types are being added to enhance the usage of the chatbot.
