ITS has newly launched a convenient channel via an online form for users to report problems when they are using the HKU WiFi services.
Apart from capturing the basic user contact and location information of the WiFi access point in question, this online form also embeds with a speed test engine for measuring the WiFi performance at the spot. With all the required information captured at source, the lead time in trouble-shooting a reported incident will be much reduced.
