Steps to start using Microsoft Teams:

1.     Go to https://teams.microsoft.com/downloads.

2.     Click Download for Desktop.

3.     Type your HKU email address (portaluid@hku.hk) and click Next.

4.     Type your HKU email address (portaluid@hku.hk) and HKU Portal PIN and click Sign in.

5.     Next time you can open the Microsoft Teams client to use it.
