Overview
The HKU Convene Paperless Meeting is a meeting system for HKU Central Committees, Faculty Committees and department meetings. Meeting organisers can create meetings, manage meetings and upload documents through a web portal while meeting participants can access the meetings and documents via the Convene app on tablets, smartphones or personal computers electronically.
To manage the membership of committees and meetings, meeting organisers can make use of the Convene Meeting Membership System.
