Overview
ITS provides advice to users when they encounter problems in PC network connection and other non-hardware problems such as PC virus infection. We also provide on site support to departments on hardware/software installation, PC troubleshooting and configuration on a cost-recovery basis.
Departments please fill in CF76 "Request for Technical Support Services" for on site service requests.
