Introductory Session on Online Exam Platforms (OLEX & OLEX-Moodle) (for invigilators)
HKU Online Examination System (OLEX)
Introduction
Information Technology Services (ITS), in conjunction with the Examinations Office, developed the HKU Online Examination System (OLEX) and OLEX-Moodle for students to take online examinations.
Introductory session will be arranged for departments who have registered to use these platforms for taking online exam to understand the operational steps for online exam preparation and zoom invigilation. All departmental administrators, examiners, delegates and invigilators are recommended to join.
Introductory sessions will also be arranged for the students who have to attend online examination via OLEX or OLEX-Moodle platform. Students are highly recommended to familiarize themselves with the operational steps in using these 2 online exam platform and the exam policy & regulations.
