An assessment report will be sent to the requesting department after a vulnerability scanning is conducted.  Apart from a summary on vulnerabilities identified (each associated with a severity level (critical/severe/moderate)), the report also provides the details of each vulnerability founded and the recommended solution under the section on “Vulnerability Solution”.

Departments are advised to act on and rectify the vulnerabilities identified.
