ITS will be organizing online training sessions exclusively for administrative users of the Attendance@HKU system on 25 June 2025.
Attendance@HKU is used at HKU to record attendance at classes and events by students, university staff, and guests. As an administrator, you have access to system features such as event maintenance, real-time dashboards, attendance records, and access control.
This training session will focus on the use of the current Attendance@HKU administrative system. An update of the new Attendance@HKU App which will be released in July. The primary objective is to support administrators in gaining a deeper understanding of the system’s existing functionalities.
