Invitation to Complete the ITS Survey 2025–2026

The ITS Survey 2025–2026 is now open. All staff and students are invited to complete the survey and share their views with ITS. Your feedback is valuable and will help enhance IT services and user support. https://hku.au1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0qaxwRWmSqSVcTY Each staff participant who successfully completes the survey will receive one lucky draw chance for a chance to win a 1-year Microsoft 365 Copilot license. Each student participant who successfully completes the survey will receive 100 units of uPrint quota. Each participant may submit the survey once only. Each staff participant is entitled to one lucky draw chance only, and each student participant is entitled to 100 units of uPrint quota once only. In the case of duplicate submissions, only one submission will be counted. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with the Lucky Draw or free 100 units quota reward, HKU ITS's decision shall be final and conclusive.
