Urgent maintenance for the uPrint Service is scheduled for Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (HKT).
This urgent maintenance is required to apply critical security patches addressing a newly identified CVE security vulnerability in PaperCut to ensure the protection and integrity of our campus printing infrastructure.
During this maintenance window, all uPrint-related services will be completely unavailable, including:
- Web Printing
- Client Printing (Desktop / Mobile)
- uPrint Value-Added Services (VAS)
Users are strongly advised to complete any urgent printing tasks or make alternative arrangements prior to the service window. Normal operations will resume immediately after the patch deployment.
