We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming leadership seminar, AI for Work: Microsoft 365 Copilot Innovation & HKU Roadmap, co-hosted with Microsoft Hong Kong. This session brings together academic and administrative leaders, faculty members, and Microsoft experts to explore how AI can unlock unprecedented productivity, foster innovation, and shape new ways of working across university departments.

Seminar Objectives   

  • Build leadership awareness of how AI for Work is transforming the workplace.  
  • Help faculty leaders identify opportunities to use AI to unlock productivity and innovation within their departments.  
  • Introduce the latest M365 Copilot innovations and practical workplace scenarios.  
  • Demonstrate how AI can work within an integrated, secure and enterprise-ready Microsoft environment.  
  • Inspire leaders to think beyond individual AI productivity toward agentic AI and new ways of working.  
  • Encourage faculties and departments to actively participate in the 3-month Copilot trial and enablement journey.

AI for Work: M365 Copilot Innovation Update  

  • Discover the latest Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and use case sharing. 
  • Demo 1: Uses Copilot Chat, Researcher, Word, and Teams recaps to draft an AI usage policy. 
  • Demo 2: Grounds Copilot in ~40 documents to generate mind maps, study guides, and audio overviews via Notebooks. 
  • Demo 3 (Cowork): Executes a single prompt to simultaneously create a student handbook, orientation deck, tracker, and gap analysis.
