To access a SharePoint site, your account must at least be added into the default ” Visitors” group of the site and your PC has to connect to HKU network on campus or via HKUVPN.
- Open an Internet browser.
- Input your SharePoint root site’s URL. https://.workspace.hku.hk/ or https://.workspace.hku.hk/sites// if you have subsite under the root site.
- Input the followings and press OK.
Login name: HKUCC-COM\yourUID
Password: your HKU Portal PIN (Password) - Then, you can access the SharePoint site.
If you don’t know the SharePoint site’s URL, please contact your department SharePoint site administrator.
