For General User – How to access the SharePoint page?

To access a SharePoint site, your account must at least be added into the default ” Visitors” group of the site and your PC has to connect to HKU network on campus or via HKUVPN.

  1. Open an Internet browser.
  2. Input your SharePoint root site’s URL. or if you have subsite under the root site.
  3. Sharepoint Site URL

    If you don’t know the SharePoint site’s URL, please contact your department SharePoint site administrator.

  4. Input the followings and press OK.
    Login name: HKUCC-COM\yourUID
    Password: your HKU Portal PIN (Password)
  5. Login Sharepoint
  6. Then, you can access the SharePoint site.
  7. Sharepoint homepage
