Procedure to Access Exchange Online Using Outlook for Mac

  1. Download and open Outlook for Mac. Click Get Started.

  2. Click Already have a subscription? Sign In.

  3. Enter your email address (HKUPortalUID@hku.hk) and click Next.

  4. Enter HKU Portal PIN and click Sign In.

  5. Click Done.

  6. Click Start Using Outlook.

  7. Click Add uid@hku.hk.
