With respect to data privacy, user chats, topics, notes, images, files, and system prompts will not be logged, unless you toggle on saving in the database.
We do have a dashboard which records data such as frequency of user, when the user is using the services, average number of tokens used etc. This is only used for statistical purposes to predict the usage of staff and students, which can help us better our services.
