Due to its low utilization, the subscription of the HKU Convene Paperless Meeting Service (Convene System) will be discontinued upon its contract expiry on 31 Jan 2022 and its access will be suspended after 1 Feb 2022. Departments who have been using Convene have been informed of the arrangement in backing up the meeting documents saved.
Departments can consider using Microsoft Teams (MS Teams) as an alternative means for distributing and storing meeting papers and conducting online meetings.
MS Teams is a popularly used office communication and collaboration tool. Colleagues can meet, chat, call, and collaborate in just one place. We are distributing weekly tips on office productivity improvement via the eNotices System and some are on MS Teams. You can click here which shares the tips on document storage and you can make use of it to store and distribute meeting papers in place of the Convene System.
