ITS is excited to announce the initiation of the HKU Portal Revamp Project and is seeking enthusiastic focus group members to help us create an improved and user-friendly portal experience for the entire HKU community.
As a focus group member, you will have the opportunity to:
- Share your insights, needs, and expectations for the new HKU Portal.
- Provide feedback on design layouts and menu settings.
- Provide feedback during the implementation stage and may participate in the User Acceptance Test (UAT) before the service launch.
Focus Group Commitment:
- Attend no more than 3 meetings, each lasting 30 minutes.
- Actively participate and provide constructive feedback during the meetings.
Who can join?
We welcome HKU staff and students from various backgrounds and disciplines to join our focus group. Your diverse perspectives will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the HKU Portal.

The registration deadline is 11 April 2023. Successful applicants will be notified via email with further details on meeting dates and logistics.
