Professional staff providing face-to-face advice and assistance in using the central IT services, including the use of Student Information System (SIS) (staff/student).

IT Help

A designated mailbox for receiving and answering enquiries in using the central IT services ,including the use of Student Information System (SIS) (staff/student), via email.

A self-help reporting system through which University staff and students can make an enquiry or provide feedback on using the central IT services.

(Enquiries received will be attended to within the same working day. Those received outside office hours on weekdays and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be attended to on the next working day.)
