Multiple channels are available for staff and students to get advice and assistance from us in using tde central IT services.
LES Support
Immediate support and assistance to teachers and class instructors when tdey encounter problems in using tde classroom IT/AV facilities.
AV equipment can be borrowed from K K Leung Building Room 204 and Learning Commons 1/F Service Counter 1 (some AV equipment requires prior reservation and please click here for details of booking).
Operations Control Room
Operate 7:00 am to 11:30 pm Monday to Sunday (included University Holidays) to monitor the normal operation of the University’s IT equipment, and attend to network and critical IT service failures outside office hours.
