I can’t connect to my office/home PC using Microsoft remote desktop

Remote desktop (RDP) is blocked at the firewall for all direct RDP traffic from the Internet to computers in the Main Campus, Centennial Campus, Sassoon Road premises, Prince Philip Dental Hospital, and HKU offices in Cyberport 4 and Kennedy Town Centre.  Users who require making RDP connections from the Internet should first connect to HKUVPN (with 2-factor authentication) by following the procedure at HKUVPN connection with 2FA.
