- Before uploading any files to this Site, they already got the necessary authority to upload if any personal data or information to this Site;
- They understand that information on this public site may be viewed, accessed, or downloaded by any individuals @hku.hk or @connect.hku.hk account holders within HKU, or departmental accounts registered by HKU departments and shared with students or external contractors;
- They will not upload any personal data that is excessive, unnecessary, or prohibited by the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486);
- They have read and understood the HKU Privacy Policy Statement.
