How can I add a Microsoft 365 account to the Microsoft Authenticator app if I am unable to scan the QR code?

If you are unable to scan the QR code (e.g. Phone camera is not functioning), you can manually add the Microsoft 365 account to the Microsoft Authenticator app. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app and select “Add account”. From the drop-down menu, select “Work or school account”, then choose “Enter account info” and manually enter your account details. After completing the verification process, the Microsoft 365 account will be added to the Microsoft Authenticator app.
