Add picture files into a MS WORD file
Open a new Word file
Enter the typewritten text
Insert the JPG into the Word file by clicking “Insert” and select “Picture”.
Select the file you wants to insert and click “Insert”.
The picture file will then be inserted to the Word Document.
Save MS WORD file into PDF
Press “save as” at the File tab, select PDF format at “Save as type”.
Choose the file you want to save, give a file name, select the path for the file and press “Save”. The pdf file will be created
Save several files into a ZIP file. (also known as “zip a file”)
Group the files you want to zip into one folder
Select all of the files you want to zip
Right Click, select “7-Zip” (or other ZIP program) and Add to “.zip”, click “ok”. A zip file will then be created.
