Do I need to update the Windows, anti-virus and software manually?
No. All critical updates from Windows, anti-virus and software will be centrally managed and patching will be processed at back-end. Each new session will always have up-to-date settings, software and patching in place.
What can I do if software crashed?
You can try to reset the software by following below steps: Click on Windows logo Type “Self-Support” Double click on “Self-Support” Select the software you want to reset and click “Reset”
What is Personal Home (H:)?
Personal Home (H:) is a network space that store your files of Desktop, Documents, etc. You should save all the files/folders in your Personal Home drive to avoid data loss. Please do not save your file in C drive.
Why my Communal VPC will logout automatically?
A Communal VPC session idling for more than 30 minutes will be automatically logged out. Yes. You can restore deleted files/folders up to 30 days. Please follow below steps to restore your files/folders. Right click the folder which stored the file you want to restore. Can I access USB storage device on VPC?
Yes, VPC supports read-only access to USB storage device on VPC, but not write access.
Can I connect my local printer to my VPC Box?
The function to connect to local printer is disabled in VPC Box.
Can I install software on the VPC?
No, the VPC does not support installation of software by users.
