What data of mine from ChatGPT/DALL∙E is shared with ITS?

With respect to data privacy, user prompts/inputs will not be logged. We do have a dashboard which records data such as frequency of user, when the user is using the services, average number of tokens used etc. This is only used for statistical purposes to predict the usage of staff and students, which can help us better our services.
