Following the subscription expiry of PDF-XChange in March 2022, ITS has arranged another alternative PDF editing tool, Foxit PDF Editor, for use by staff and students.   Each staff and students can download and use ONE copy of this software to support their works and studies during their stay at the University. 

Foxit PDF Editor provides a full featured platform to view, create, edit, manage, share and secure PDF documents.  It is supported on Windows and macOS.  For the download and installation procedure, please refer to Foxit PDF Editor Installation Guide. 

Existing PDF-XChange users can continue using PDF-XChange though they are unable to upgrade to the latest version or receive maintenance support.  They are advised to switch using Foxit PDF Editor at their convenience.
