In our ongoing commitment to advancing AI capabilities at HKU, ITS is delighted to introduce DeepSeek-V4-Flash and DeepSeek-V4-Pro. These new models are now available on both the HKU ChatGPT web app (https://chatgpt.hku.hk) and via APIs on the HKU ITS Developer Portal (https://developer.hku.hk). • HKU ChatGPT: Students and staff can utilize the DeepSeek-V4 series within the web application now. Users can leverage DeepSeek-V4-Flash for high-speed, cost-efficient generation, or switch to DeepSeek-V4-Pro to handle complex reasoning, advanced coding, and long-context text tasks. • HKU ITS Developer Portal: Both models are accessible via API, enabling students and staff to integrate these highly efficient architecture options into their own projects and research in support of ongoing learning and development initiatives.
