For those who have ONLY set up ONE MFA method but the setting does not work anymore, please reset the MFA account by submitting the application form at CF111 – Reset Portal PIN & MFA | HKU with a copy of staff/student card OR any document containing your full name and photo for identity verification (e.g. personal Octopus card).
