New uPrint Service and Top up uPrint quota

As our existing printing management program reaches its end of life, we are excited to announce that the uPrint service will be migrated to a new management system on February 8th. This migration aims to improve the overall efficiency and user experience of our printing services.

Please note that your existing quota balance will be seamlessly transferred to the new system. The cut-off time for this migration is February 8th at 00:00 am. Following this change, the printing client will also be updated.

Additionally, we are pleased to announce the introduction of the new Top up uPrint quota web app starting February 8th. The current uPrint App will be phased out on February 7th, to be substituted by the new uPrint Top Up Web App. Kindly see the migration schedule outlined below:

uPrint and Top up service migration schedule:

7th Feb 2025 18:00 – uPrint App will be retired

8th Feb 2025 00:00 – uPrint Service (FujiFilm AMDP) will be suspended

8th Feb 2025 09:00 – new uPrint service (PaperCut) will be launched

8th Feb 2025 10:30 – new Top up uPrint Quota will be launched.
