Self-installation: Individual users can download and install the client software by themselves. Large-scale deployment: you can deploy the client software through “cloning” or “Microsoft Active Directory GPO”. How does the SAM system identify computers?
The SAM system identifies computers by using the MAC address of a computer. It creates identification during the installation of the SAM agent, so please avoid reusing external network card to connect to HKU campus network when installing SAM agent.
